Programs

Baby/Toddler and Me Play Group (Free for All)

A weekly drop-in mom’s group. Bring your little one and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the center, a play space for your infant/ toddler, and the blessing of new relationships with other mothers.

Parent & Child Time (Free for All)

A chance to take some time for yourself and allow your child the opportunity to have open free play in our center. This is a casual, safe opportunity to talk with and get support from other parents about the joys and challenges of parenting and life in general. Infants, toddlers and young children are invited with their parent(s).

Dr. Justine Wynn received her Ph.D from UCLA in Counseling and Educational Psychology and has spent over 20 years helping children, parents and organizations. She is also a mother of two young children.

Kin-Kare: Going Beyond Baby-Sitting

As more and more grandparents are accepting responsibility for caring for their very young grandchildren, this short evening course offers the chance to learn the latest research and to learn ways that “kin kare” can positively impact the development and closer bond between grandparents and grandchildren.

Liz Memel, Infant/Toddler Development Specialist, has been offering programs for caregivers and very young children for over twenty years as well as instructing at Los Angeles City College.

Fee: $50 per person/$75 per couple for entire series

Fridays, August 15-29 (3 session series) @ 7-9:30pm
