YOGA FOR MAMAS with Klara Schoenfeld Prenatal Yoga (toddlers welcome) Yoga for Mamas with babies and toddlers These classes will offer gentle poses to both stregthen and relax your body. They will address common concerns including neck, shoulder and pelvic strengthening. Klara has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. She teaches various styles of yoga including pre/postnatal and children's yoga. She has worked internationally in maternal and child health and is currently studying holistic nutrition. Parents and caregivers will have weekly opportunity to share developmental observations and concerns. You will gain knowledge of how the capacity to play nurtures relationships, learning and self-awareness.
